App features

ARCA

ARCA is a financial app for professional creators. You connect your bank accounts and the platforms you earn on, including YouTube and Google AdSense, and ARCA shows every dollar in one live view: what landed, what is still owed to you, what you spent on the business, and what to keep aside for taxes.

Purpose of the app: help full-time creators manage money across platforms, categorize business expenses, estimate taxes to keep aside, track invoices and brand deal payments, and pay contractors. Connecting a Google account is optional and is only used to display that creator's own YouTube and AdSense earnings inside ARCA.

What ARCA does

One app for the whole creator business.

Creator income arrives from a dozen places on a dozen schedules. ARCA pulls it all into one place and turns it into an answer you can act on. Here is what you get once your accounts are connected.

A daily read on your money

Each morning ARCA gives you one clear status: how much is available now, what changed since yesterday, and the single thing worth doing today. No dashboard to operate.

Every dollar in one live view

Bank deposits, YouTube and AdSense earnings, Twitch payouts, brand deals, memberships and merch, side by side. You see what actually landed and what is still estimated.

Business spending, sorted

ARCA categorizes your charges automatically and separates business from personal, so gear, software, travel and contractor payments are already tagged when you need them.

Taxes you are not guessing at

As income lands, ARCA estimates what to keep aside, tracks deductible expenses through the year, and assembles the summary your accountant or tax preparer asks for.

Invoices and getting paid

Track brand deal invoices from sent to settled, see who is late, and where you qualify, take early payment on an approved invoice instead of waiting out net 60 terms.

Paying your team

Pay editors, thumbnail designers and other collaborators, collect their W-9s, and keep the contractor records you need when year end arrives.

Connecting your accounts

You choose what ARCA can see.

ARCA cannot see anything until you connect it. Every connection is optional, read only, and can be disconnected from inside the app at any time. ARCA never moves money out of a connected account without your instruction.

  • Bank and card accounts through Plaid, for deposits, balances and business spending.
  • YouTube and Google AdSense, for channel earnings and ad payouts. See the section below.
  • Twitch, for subscription, bits and ad revenue.
  • Patreon, for membership income.
  • PayPal, for brand deal and marketplace payments.
  • Facebook and Instagram, for on platform creator earnings.
Google account data

Why ARCA asks to connect your Google account.

If you earn on YouTube, you can connect the Google account that owns your channel so ARCA can show your YouTube and AdSense earnings next to your bank deposits. That is the only reason ARCA requests this access. It is optional, and the rest of the app works without it. Here is exactly what ARCA asks for and what it does with each permission.

What ARCA asks for
Why ARCA needs it
See your YouTube channel and videos youtube.readonly
So ARCA can list your channel and your uploads inside the app, and match a video to the brand deal or production it belongs to when you are looking at what an upload earned.
View your YouTube Analytics reports, including estimated revenue yt-analytics-monetary.readonly
So ARCA can show your estimated YouTube earnings before the money reaches your bank, and use that estimate to project the cash coming in over the next few weeks.
View your AdSense account adsense.readonly
So ARCA can show finalized AdSense payments and your current unpaid balance. These are the amounts that actually reach your bank, and they differ from YouTube Studio estimates in both timing and value.
Your name, email address and basic profile openid, profile, email
So ARCA can tell you which Google account is connected and show it in your account settings, and so you can reconnect the right account later.
  • Read only. ARCA cannot upload, edit, delete or publish anything on your YouTube channel, and cannot change your AdSense account or ad settings.
  • Your data, shown back to you. Google user data is used only to display your own earnings and insights inside ARCA. It is not used for anyone else.
  • Never sold, never advertised against. ARCA does not sell or transfer Google user data, does not use it to serve or target advertising, and does not use it to make lending or creditworthiness decisions.
  • You can end it at any time. Disconnect YouTube or AdSense in your ARCA settings, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. ARCA stops collecting new data immediately and deletes previously collected data from that source within 30 days.

ARCA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Section 6 of our privacy policy sets out the full disclosure of how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, shared and deleted.
