ARCA is a product of Creative Cohesion Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as ARCA. We built this product for creators and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
Creative Cohesion Inc. (DBA ARCA) is a Delaware C corporation. Our product, ARCA, provides revenue-based capital and financial visibility tools for full-time creators. When this policy refers to "ARCA", "we", "us", or "our", it means Creative Cohesion Inc.

We only collect what we need to do our job: evaluate your earnings and fund your advance.
When you connect your platforms to ARCA, we request read-only access to your account data. Here is exactly what that means:

We also collect basic account information when you sign up, including your name, email address, and business details. We use this to create and manage your ARCA account and to communicate with you about your advance.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to serve you ads.
We use your data for three things and three things only:
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, sell to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of what is necessary to operate the product and fulfill our legal obligations.
Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit access to your information to the ARCA team members who need it to operate and improve the product.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or legitimate business need. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@getarca.co.
When you connect a platform account to ARCA, you are authorizing ARCA to access that account with read-only permissions through that platform's official API or authorization flow. Each platform has its own terms of service and privacy policy governing your account with them. ARCA's access does not override or modify those terms.
You can revoke ARCA's access to any connected platform at any time, either through the platform's own settings or by contacting us directly.
